When the wall explodes and the two tanks come, blow up the two tanks. Glide across the gorge instead of going down it. fallow the path and there you will find the box with legs, it will give you full life (150).

150 Health

In the first level after the space drop turn around and you will find a box with legs. Chase after it and you will have 150 health.
